Wild Salmon Burgers in 5 Easy Steps
Salmon is consider one of the world's healthiest foods. It is an amazing source of protein and Omega-3, and its packed with vitamins and amino acids. What do you need?
0.250 Lbs. Wild cut salmon
3 Scallions
1/4 Cup Spinach
1/2 Lima juice
3 Tbsp. Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. Cilantro
1 Tbsp. Onions
1/2 Tbsp. Butter
1/4 Tsp. Salt (optional)
1/2 Tsp. Dijon Mustar
What to do?
Chop all the vegetables in fine cubes
Chop or process the salmon, without the skin
Mix all the ingredients
Make two or three balls with the dough
Pan-fry the burgers on a pan with the butter, for about 3 minutes each side or until golden brown
