Wild Salmon Burgers in 5 Easy Steps

Salmon is consider one of the world's healthiest foods. It is an amazing source of protein and Omega-3, and its packed with vitamins and amino acids. Among the benefits of eating salmon are overall body wellness, heart health, bones and joints support, brain and neurological repair, cell damage repair, and recent studies indicate that it can help prevent cancer. Other studies also suggest that feeding salmon to preschool children can prevent ADHD symptoms and help improve academic performance.

So here is an easy, quick and fun recipe to include salmon in our kids diet ASAP.

What do you need?

0.250 Lbs. Wild cut salmon

3 Scallions

1/4 Cup Spinach

1/2 Lima juice

3 Tbsp. Greek yogurt

1 Tbsp. Cilantro

1 Tbsp. Onions

1/2 Tbsp. Butter

1/4 Tsp. Salt (optional)

1/2 Tsp. Dijon Mustar

What to do?

  1. Chop all the vegetables in fine cubes

  2. Chop or process the salmon, without the skin

  3. Mix all the ingredients

  4. Make two or three balls with the dough

  5. Pan-fry the burgers on a pan with the butter, for about 3 minutes each side or until golden brown
