Easiest Fish Sticks
Let's talk about eating fast food... Who doesn't like french fries or a super tasty burger from one of the big restaurant chains? We all know eating fast food is flavorful, convenient and cheap. I have heard people saying that it is cheaper to eat at one of this restaurants than buying food in the store, which isn't true because vegetables are fairly inexpensive (we will talk about this soon). When I hear this kind of comments I wonder: have you ever ask or research what eating fast food can do to your body?
Here is a list of the effects that eating fast, highly processed, packed with carbs, unhealthy fat and sodium food can cause.
Increase risk of obesity
increases blood sugar levels
Increase risk of heart decease
Impact brain function and memory
Cause skin issues like acne
Cavities in your teeth
Anxiety and depression
hyperactivity
Constipation
Liver disease
Osteoporosis
Cancer
Just to name some I can remember while writing, without further investigating.
