Kids under 2 years old shouldn't eat raw or undercooked eggs, because eggs harbor a bacteria called salmonella, that can cause a dangerous food poisoning.
The base of this dressing is greek yogurt. But what do we know about yogurt? Why greek yogurt is so popular nowadays? Well, greek yogurt is more strained that the regular yogurt and the result is a thicker product, with less carbs, less sugar and more protein, according to dietitians.
Yogurt comes from milk, which means is a great source of calcium. It is packed with
protein, which is is very important to build bones and muscles, skin, hair and blood. It is also full of probiotics or "good bacteria", that helps fortify the immune system and regulates stomach functions. But this sounds like any other yogurt, so why are we using greek yogurt here? Simple, just because of the creamy texture it has.

What do you need?
1 6 Oz. Plain greek yogurt
1 Lemon
1/3 Cup Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1/2 Tsp. Crushed garlic
1 Tbsp. Water (if needed)
Pepper to taste
What to do?
Place the yogurt on a bowl
Add the mustard, crushed garlic, worcestershire sauce, pepper and juice of a lemon and mix well
I always incorporate the Parmesan cheese last
Let sit in your fridge for 30 minutes, before using it.
If it is too thick, you can add the water
Voila!
